WHEN CAN I START THE PROGRAMME?
I ALWAYS LIKE TO START MY CLIENTS PLANS ON A MONDAY TO SET THE WEEK OFF ON A HIGH. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DAY IN MIND WE CAN ALWAYS ACCOMMODATE.
WILL I HAVE TO FOLLOW A STRICT DIET?
I DON'T BELIEVE IN DIETS, BUT I DO BELIEVE IN HAVING AN OVERALL HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. I WILL TEACH YOU THE INS AND OUTS AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A SUSTAINABLE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME NOT JUST A FEW WEEKS.
DO I NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED IN THE GYM?
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A TRAINING ATHLETE. HOWEVER, SOME EXERCISE AWARENESS IS REQUIRED AS THIS IS AN ONLINE PROGRAMME AND I CAN'T PROVIDE IN PERSON FORM CHECKS. HOWEVER I WILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE VIDEOS FOR FORM CORRECTION WHEN NEEDED.
THIS PROGRAMME WILL COST YOU LESS THAN OTHERS PAY FOR 2 PT SESSIONS PER WEEK ON THE GYM FLOOR, WHERE THE TRAINER IS MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR INSTAGRAM FEED THAN THE CLIENT IN FRONT OF THEM.
ALTHOUGH THE REAL QUESTION SHOULD BE; HOW MUCH ARE YOU GOING TO SAVE BY NEVER HAVING TO SIGN UP TO ANOTHER FAD DIET OR SUPPLEMENT TREND AGAIN? HOW MUCH DO YOU VALUE HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR EVERYTHING YOU'VE LEARNT FOR LIFE?!
